The holiday season is ramping up and it is important to take care of yourself so that you can be your best self! Among all the joy and giving, stress and loneliness can hide and drag you down. Among all the calendar dates and recitals, there are crying kids and hangry mamas worried about fitting it all in.

For the next twelve days, I will be bringing you a simple activity to try each day that will offer you amazing results to carry you through the holiday season. I hope that you make time each day to try out my suggestions- they can take 5 minutes or an hour. None of these will cost you anything except time — which I know as a busy mom and farmer how valuable time is!

My hope is that you enjoy this special time with better health and more happiness by making time for you! After all,
