Who doesn’t want to become stronger? It can be done with your body weight or my favorite- farm fitness! Pick your favorite strength exercises and perform 5 sets of 5 repetitions.

Here are some of my top strength exercises:

  • push-ups
  • squats
  • lunges
  • glute bridges
  • calf raises
  • mountain climbers
  • the ever popular: burpees
  • planks

Strength training is something that is great for your body and your mind. You get to build your muscles which burns fat and also speeds up your metabolism. This also reduces both anxiety and depression! Because you are moving your body, working on building muscle also helps you sleep better.

You don’t need a fancy gym membership to see results . . . just get started today with simple body weight. What is one thing that you can do today to increase your strength?
