12 Days of Wellness: Day Nine

Happy Sunday, y’all! I hope that you are having a wonderful, restful day doing all the things. I am currently making up my second batch of Dulce de Leche for my husband to pass out for a little holiday gift to his co-workers. It takes time, but man is it ever good!

Back to the topic on hand . . . it is now Day Nine of our Wellness Challenge . . . I skipped yesterday on accident because it was my husband’s birthday! The focus today is to give yourself the gift of a boost of energy. This one is fun and something that I do from time to time when I have a free 10 minutes but since it is Day 9 of our challenge . . . you just need 9 minutes! Take 9 minutes of your day, get outside and just power walk. This little walk will improve your brain function, increase your heart health, and lessen your depression symptoms. On sunny days, it is also a bonus way to get some Vitamin D into your body as well.
